2012 Registrations.
COME PLAY THE WORLD GAME with CC STRIKERS In season 2012 all players will receive a free pair of playing socks and a new playing shirt to keep at the end of the season. REGISTER ON-LINE REGISTER IN PERSON Sunday 29th Jan and Sunday 5th Feb. If you played with us in 2011 a pre-filled out Strikers Club Registration form will be available to collect at the door. All you have to do is check that we have your details correct. If you did not play with us in 2011 just come along to one of the above registration days and meet your Age Co-Ordinator who will be able to answer all your questions. The following registration forms can be completed at home, or on registration day at Cromer School. WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION DAY. New Under 6's in 2012 (born 2006 or 2007) Welcome to CC Strikers. We always try to place our U/6 players into the same team as their friends. All you need to bring is a copy of your Proof of Age. (POA*) U/6 to U/10 U/11 to U/21 AMATEUR LEAGUE & PREMIER LEAGUE (Men and Ladies Open Age) Over 35’s (Men and Ladies) Over 45's (Men only)
This year Strikers are using “MyFootballClub”, a new national registration system managed by Football Federation Australia. (FFA) CLICK HERE to go to our on-line page and start registering now.

Only NEW players to Strikers in these age groups need provide a copy of their Proof of Age.(POA*) No ID photo required

If you HAVE NOT played in any of these age groups before (for any MWFA club) you need to provide a copy of your POA*. (Proof of Age) This includes most U/10 girls from 2011 U/10 boys from 2011 do not need to provide their POA again in 2012

If you DID NOT play in 2010 or 2011 with Strikers you may also need a new ID* photo. This can be taken on registration day at Cromer school. Just ask your age Co-ordinator if you need a new photo.

Only players who are playing O/35 or O/45 for the first time need provide Proof of Age (POA*)

Only required for U/11 players and above. Check with your age Co-Ordinator or the club registrar if you need a new one. Photo’s can be taken on Registration day, or you can e-mail a photo to register@ccstrikers.com.au together with your Full name and Date of Birth.
Must be in jpg format, head and shoulders, no hat or glasses.
*POA. (Proof of Age).
Copy of a Birth Certificate, Passport, or Drivers Licence. if not available a Statutory Declaration can be lodged as Proof of Age. This form is available from CC Strikers.
MANAGERS and COACHES.
Every year all Managers & Coaches are required to sign the MWFA Code of Conduct form and the NSW Working with Children form.
